Ticket companies will sometimes offer package tickets in order to separate themselves from the competition and give their customers better value for money. Sometimes these cluster tickets provide great value and sometimes, depending what’s included, they don’t. The London Cluster Ticket, recently released by ticket company Golden Tours, includes 4 of London’s most visited attraction in a single ticket, but is it worth it? Let’s take a look.
What’s included in the London Cluster Ticket:
The ticket includes 4 attractions:
The UK’s largest aquarium with hundreds of aquatic species including sharks and penguins
The London Eye
I probably don’t need to explain what this is…
Madame Tussauds
Considered one of the best branches in the world.
Shrek’s Adventure.
A brand new attraction taking you through the magic world of the Shrek series. Games, rides and adventures for the whole family!
I have to admit that this is a great set of attractions to visit. Three of them rank among the highest rated London attractions and the other has only recently opened to rave reviews.
What’s better is that they are all so close to each other. There is nothing worse than buying a package deal and realising all of the attractions are miles away from each other, thankfully the London Eye, London Aquarium and Shrek’s Adventure are all within 2 minutes walk of each other. Madame Tussauds is in a different part of the city, but should only take 15 minutes by public transport to get there.
How much does the London Cluster Ticket Cost:
The current price of a London cluster ticket is £55.00 for adults and £45.00 for children (aged 3-14). For that you get to visit all of the 4 attractions any time you want within 1 month.
Is it worth it?
Let’s compare the cost of each individual ticket to the cluster ticket:
Madame Tussauds Standard Adult ticket: £23.79
- London Eye Standard Adult ticket: £21.20
- London Aquarium Standard Adult ticket: £19.50
- Shrek’s Adventure Standard Adult Ticket: £18.90
- Total for all 4 bought individually: £83.39
- Cost of London Cluster Ticket: £55.00
Total Saving: £28.39
The sums seem to suggest getting the cluster ticket is worth it if you intend to visit all of these attractions.
Where can I get the London Cluster Ticket:
If you know you want to visit all 4 of these attractions, the London Cluster ticket is definitely worth it. You save money, time and hassle by getting it in advance and you have the flexibility to use it when you want within a whole month.
